1. Where can I buy the CPE or the Splitter?
The client can acquire the CPE and the Splitter consulting the list of terminal equipment standardized by the ICE, which indicates the name of the company that standardized the equipment.

2. If I acquire the CPE and Splitter on my own, is the equipment mine or does it become the ICE’s property?
The CPE and Splitter acquired by the client is the clients’ property; it does not become property of the ICE.
3. How much time do I have to wait for the service if I do not purchase the CPE and Splitter and the ICE does not have terminal equipment available?
The waiting time is approximately 5 months and the client must sign a slip accepting agreement with this waiting period.
4. What are my corresponding payment options with regard to the deposit and the installation fee?
Customers have the option to pay at the time that the paperwork is formalized or request a payment deduction from their account; in both cases the monthly fee will take effect as soon as the service is installed.
5. If the CPE and Splitter that I have installed are property of the ICE, can I substitute them for equipment purchased on my own?
Yes, the customer can substitute the equipment provided by the ICE if he/she wishes, for his own equipment. However, he must inform the ICE in order for the installed equipment to be picked up.
6. Will the ICE resolve problems due to damages when the CPE and Splitter belong to the customer?
No, the ICE will resolve problems of the CPE only if it is a configuration matter (IP address, Gateway, Mask, and DNS), in the case of the PC the activation of the DHCP protocol is verified.
7. If I request a transfer or reinstallation can I also request an equipment change of my CPE and Splitter for equipment belonging to the ICE? Yes, the customer can request a change of equipment at the same time he/she requests a transfer or reinstallation, and an adjustment of the monthly fee and deposit of guarantee will also take place.
