FAQ about Invoicing

1. How is the Advanced Internet Service billed?

The monthly fee will be added to the client’s telephone bill, over which the service was installed. This fee is set in U. S. Dollars, although, invoicing will be made in Colones, at the corresponding exchange rate at the date of invoicing for the service.

2. What happens regarding invoicing if my proprietary CPE fails and the ICE does not have replacement equipment?

If the ICE does not have a CPE to replace one that is owned by the client, the client will be responsible for the time that he is without service due to lack of the CPE, and therefore, must pay his bill normally.

8.3 Does my monthly fee change if I substitute my CPE and Splitter for ones that are property of the ICE?

Yes, fees must be adjusted to reflect an additional U. S. Dollar per month.
