When you switch on the mobile telephone in the visited country, you should dial * (asterisk) + (560 or 746) + PIN number + SEND ( YES or TALK in some models) for activating your Roaming service (is important that you remember your PIN and not divulge it, because it is the key that will permit you use the service). You have to realize this procedure each time you switch on your telephone. If you have not used it for more than two hours, you should do this procedure before a call.

To execute a local call in the country that you are visiting dial the local number.

For international call you have to dial the international dialing code + country code + area code (if apply) + telephone number (remember, while you are in abroad, even when you use your proper mobile telephone, for calling to Costa Rica you have to make an international call).

The service, quality and availability, including the ability to make, receive and maintain calls could change because of problems, limitations or Ned traffic, signal power or other operator conditions in the country that you visit.
